Founders Level
$1000
Membership at the Founder’s Level shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Founders, Platinum, Gold, Lifetime Members, Preferred and Retired Preferred Members licensed in the State of Indiana are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. This level will receive recognition on our website, program brochures and receive a plaque.
Platinum Level
$500
Membership at the Platinum Level shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Founders, Platinum, Gold, Lifetime Members, Preferred and Retired Preferred Members licensed in the State of Indiana are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. This level will receive recognition on our website, program brochures and a small token.
Gold Level
$250
Membership at the Gold Level shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Founders, Platinum, Gold, Lifetime Members, Preferred and Retired Preferred Members licensed in the State of Indiana are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. This level will receive recognition on our website and program brochures.
Preferred Member
Annual Dues: $100
Membership as a Preferred Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Founders, Platinum, Gold, Lifetime Members, Preferred and Retired Preferred Members licensed in the State of Indiana are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors.
Lifetime Member
$2500 One-Time Fee
Membership as a Lifetime Member shall be open to all audiologists having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology. Only Founders, Platinum, Gold, Lifetime Members, Preferred and Retired Preferred Members licensed in the State of Indiana are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors. Pay a one-time fee of $2500 and never be bothered with dues payments again! 12-month and 24-month payment plans are also available.
Audiology Assistant
Annual Dues: $100
Membership as an Audiology Assistant shall be open to all Audiology Assistants having a current and valid license to practice the profession of audiology assistant. Only Founders, Platinum, Gold, Lifetime Members, Preferred and Retired Preferred Members licensed in the State of Indiana are eligible to vote and be a member of the Board of Directors.
Retired Preferred Member
Annual Dues: $50
Membership as a Retired Member is open to all audiologists who are currently or previously licensed and no longer actively practicing. Voting is available if licensed in the state of Indiana.
Student Member
Annual Dues: $50
Membership as a Student Member shall be open to all graduate students majoring in audiology as verified by a university training program or postgraduate students working toward eligibility for a state license as verified by a licensed audiologist. Student members have no vote in the academy and are not eligible for election to the Board of Directors.
