Lindsey Koble
Audiology Always, Inc.
Dr. Lindsey Koble is the owner of Audiology Always in Auburn, IN. Lindsey attended Purdue University for her undergraduate studies and then went on to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign to obtain her Doctor of Audiology degree. Lindsey graduated with her Au.D. in 2017. Her first job out of school was at a large ENT clinic in Fort Wayne, IN. She then went on to work for Signia Hearing as the regional sales manager for Indiana. Lindsey opened Audiology Always in April of 2023. Her favorite part of audiology is adult hearing aid dispensing, however, she is excited to offer a wide range of services at her practice as the business grows. Lindsey is married and has 1 daughter. As a family they like weekend getaways and big vacations!

Treasurer
Brandy Weaver
Dr. Brandy Weaver was licensed in May of 2013. She has been a private practice owner for 6 years. She owns two offices, one in North Manchester IN and the other in Warsaw, IN. She received her doctoral degree from Ball State University. She services both pediatrics and adults. Dr. Weaver is committed to providing the latest technology and highest standard of care to her patients as well as the most current techniques in the field. She is the current treasurer for Indiana Audiology Coalition and is the President of her local Lions Club. She and her husband, Mark, enjoy raising their two daughters. Dr. Weaver enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing, cooking and baking.

Lauren Hendrickson
Northside Hearing Care
Dr. Lauren Hendrickson graduated with her Doctor of Audiology degree from Purdue University in 2007. She worked for a large private practice and an ENT physician before deciding to start her own practice, Northside Hearing Care in 2011. Northside Hearing Care specializes in adult evaluations and treatment for hearing loss. Dr. Hendrickson established a second practice, APD Solutions LLC in 2024. This practice specializes in pediatric and adult Auditory Processing Disorder evaluations and treatment. Both practices operate out of her office in Carmel.
Dr. Hendrickson married a fellow Boilermaker, Stephen, back in June 2005. They reside in Fishers with their 3 daughters, Emily, Bridget, and Erin. In her spare time, Dr. Hendrickson, enjoys playing golf, reading, spending time with her family, and traveling!

Amber Wolsiefer
Audiology Solutions, PC
Dr. Wolsiefer graduated with her bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences in 2004 from Indiana University and in 2008 with her Doctorate in Audiology from Ball State University. She has worked in a variety of settings, but is most passionate about pediatric audiology and bringing quality audiology care to pediatric patients and their families. She obtained her pediatric audiology specialty certification (PASC) in 2018.
Dr. Wolsiefer is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), The American Speech Langauge Hearing Association (ASHA), and the Indiana Speech Language Hearing Association (ISHA). She is an advocate for the field of audiology and most recently is a founding member of the Indiana Audiology Coalition (IAC).
She resides in Fishers with her husband, five children, and zoo of animals. They enjoy spending time together outside, swimming, hiking, and traveling together.

Cherry Alley
Cherry Alley has served in a variety of roles at Oticon, Inc. For six years, Cherry was an Account Manager serving the sales, training, and business development needs for hearing care professionals in Tennessee, Kentucky, Northern Alabama and Northern Mississippi. After a move to south Florida, She transitioned to the role of Account Representative to support customers throughout the southeast in training and development needs. Currently, she had accepted the position as Account Manager for Indiana. Her experience as an audiologist has enabled her to work in a variety of settings including diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, hearing instrument sales and marketing. Cherry holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Troy University in Troy, Alabama and a Doctorate of Audiology from University of South Alabama in Mobile. In her free time, she enjoys watching football and spending time outdoors with her husband Brian and their dog Birdie.

Dawn-Marie Bass
Bass Audiology
Dr. Bass has been practicing audiology since 1992. She has owned Bass Audiology since 2009. She obtained her Bachelor's and Master degrees at Purdue University. She obtained her doctorate at the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Bass has a true passion for audiology and for helping patients hear their very best. She and her husband adopted a deaf child (daughter) from India in 2000. "Experiencing hearing loss from a mother's perspective has shown me the tremendous benefit digital technology has to offer a family at home." Her daughter now wears a cochlear implant. Dr. Bass was diagnosed with both hearing loss and tinnitus in 2015. She has successfully worn hearing aids ever since. Learning to manage her own tinnitus has been life-changing! Dr. Bass and her husband live in the area. They enjoy camping and biking.

Leeann Berger
The Hearing Doctor
Dr. Leeann Berger knew early on that helping others would lead to a fulfilling career. Her passion to bring elite hearing care back to her hometown started in 2014 as private practice owner of The Hearing Doctor in Jasper, Indiana. Primary services at the clinic include diagnostics and treatment options for adults and pediatrics. Dr. Leeann graduated from Purdue University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences. She completed her clinical Doctorate in Audiology at the University of Louisville in 2010. Dr. Berger and her husband, Scott, enjoy the outdoors, traveling and chasing their two teenagers.

Laura Fragomeni

After teaching students with hearing loss from preschool through 12th grade as an itinerant teacher of the Deaf for three years, Laura Fragomeni switched her career focus and obtained her AuD in 2008 from Ball State University. She has practiced in many different clinical settings over the years, including ENT private practice, large healthcare systems, the Veteran’s Administration, nursing home and long-term care facilities, and is now splitting her time between Ball State University as a clinical preceptor and being co-owner of a new private practice in Indianapolis. She specializes in and is passionate about tinnitus treatment beyond hearing aids, hearing loss and cognition, and has a newfound aspiration to become trained in auditory processing assessment and treatment. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children who keep her very busy with their interests and activities. She also enjoys reading and vacationing whenever possible!
